We have used Canaltravel for our transfers for our last four visits to Lanzarote and have found them extremely courteous and professional,their drivers are always on time and nothing is too much trouble for them when helping with luggage etc.The minibuses are always spotlessly clean and reliable.If you need,as we unfortunately did,to change your travel arrangements whilst in Lanzarote it is easily done by contacting them and they will change your transfer to suit.
I used canal travel for the first time on Monday 20th sept. Rafa met us at the airport and showed us to the bus. We met our driver and he was very polite and friendly and he brought us to the costa sal in Matagorda. On Monday the 27th another driver showed up and was not a bit polite or friendly .When we reached the airport he got out of the coach and literally threw our bags off the coach. We were ready when he arrived to collect us so i dont know why he treated us this way. Just thought i should let you know as i also got some of my friends to use this company the same time as us (wedding party San Marcial) and they had no problems with their driver. We used Canal travel in April, the service was excellent, straight to the apartment from the airport and the pick up on our return journey great. The drivers were polite and helped us with our luggage which we had plenty when travelling with a baby, Canal Travel also provided a baby seat for our nine month old which put my mind at rest for a safe ride. We were recommended Canal Travel by friends of ours who have the Apt in Lanzarote. We would use Canal Travel when we go to lanzarote again.
our party used canal travel in april 2010, we were met and taken to our very clean and safe transport which had a very polite and helpful driver who had us in our hotel within 20 minutes of leaving the airport, we got stranded in the volcanic ash eruption, rafael kept us well informed of our flight situation and informed me when our flight was back on before our airline did.
Great profesional company, have just rebooked to use them this october.
My Family have used this service many times and it have never failed !It is a very relaxing way to arrive to Lanza, to meet the nice drivers and be transported to your Hotel or Villa .And when its time fore departure the same relaxed way back to the Airport in good time for your flight.So what can i say keep up the good work and the great service!!

we’ve been using canal travel now since 2006 and cannot fault Rafa service. all divers have been polite and helpful, we have already booked for next september. we have no doubts that he be on time, prices are reasonable.we used Rafa service for trips to the market.

We used Canal travel for the first time in July 2011. We travel frequently to the island and will be using them on all future visits. They offer a great reliable service, you step off the plane to your waiting transfer. The service received was 10 out of 10.
I would recommend them without hesitation
We have used Canaltravel for the first time and it was outstanding. We travelled with a toddler and a wheelchair assist and suitcases and the driver was fantastic helped us with everything. Very polite, friendly and punctual, we will certainly book again it was a stress free way to arrive and depart Lanzarote.

Just to say once again Canal Travel provided us with an excellent service for our airport transfers. This year was particularly good as we had the same driver both ways and a nicer chap you couldn’t find.He was articulate and obviously enjoyed his job and it was like being driven by a friend.
I don’t seem to be able to access your customer survey but rest assured everything would have had top marks.
